Spring is here, trees and flowers are blooming everywhere here. We took this photo on a walk just around the corner from where we are living.

This is at the Carnegie Natural History Museum. It is currently being worked but is quite impressive.

Pittsburgh here we come

Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens. This is just one of the beautiful orchids in the Orchihd Room

The flowers were all beautiful. The flowers below are what we used to have in our garden at home, but ours never got this big!

Bellefonte Penn. This park was beautiful. The visiters center and railroad museum was closed when we got there but we enjoyed the park.

Penns Cave

The cave was beautiful. We toured the cave by boat. The cave had a spring fed stream going through it.


This is where we entered the cave. We went through to the other side and came back. They had years ago opened up the other side and there is a lake there now.

This is a bridge we pass often here. You would love the area, but it is hard to find your way around! We havegotten lost most every time we try to go somewhere. The GPS even has a hard time.

Shawna is working on finishing her classes. We are using weekends while we are here to see things!
